        Good Day! I have heard that your company is accepting additional employee. May I have the honor to apply in your company to a position that suits my qualifications. My resume is enclosed for your further consideration.
     
      Last March 2012, I graduated from the Negros Oriental State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. I am writing to explore the possibility of employment in your reputable firm. I bring with me several years of experience.

     I took my On the Job Training (OJT) at Philippines Ports Authority (PPA) and completed the 350 hours training as part of our curriculum. I work there as a Software and Network support, to encode and input some data and performs other related duties that maybe assigned. I’m capable in operating computer and I am familiar with many computer applications.

     And I believe with these experience will contribute significantly on the job. I am a hard worker and honest person that make me an asset to your company. My education and skills are the ones which I believe brought out the best of me. I know that in your company I can have a better chance of improving my abilities and skills and if given the chance to work with you, I will try my best to assure you with my performance.
